16-month-old in Stable Condition After Accidental Shooting

A 16-month-old toddler is in stable condition at the hospital, after he was shot by another child who found an unsecured gun under a couch in an apartment in Jackson, Michigan. The gun’s owner, 25-year-old Devon’te Marcellous Rowe, was arrested and charged with violating Michigan’s safe-storage law.
