In Temple, Maine, a two-year old found a loaded gun in his home and used it to accidentally shoot and kill himself. Other family members were home at the time of the accident.

The incident comes just over a month after another Maine two-year old found a loaded Glock piston on a nightstand in his home and fired a round that struck both his parents.  The boy’s father, Ian Carr, was arrested after that incident.
