Six-year old Saryah Perez of San Antonio, Texas was shot and killed in her car seat when “a disturbance happened and shots were fired.”  The car that Saryah was sitting in was struck and Saryah, an innocent bystander, was killed.  Andrew Elizondo, age 23, was arrested and charged with murder.

“It’s a random act by a reckless heartless individual who could not have cared less where those bullets wound up,” the San Antonio Police Chief said.
