A three-year old child in Milwaukee, Wisconsin found a loaded gun in his home and shot himself to death. 

When the boy’s uncle sought emergency help, a medical assistant who was visiting next door responded. She said the boy’s mother was incredibly distraught.  “I can still hear her screaming so I just hope it’s a lesson learned for everybody,” she said.

A 26-year old man is a suspect in the case, but the potential charges have not been specified.
