16-year-old Boy Shot and Killed

A 16-year-old boy died at the scene after being accidentally shot by 18-year-old Luis Garza in San Antonio, Texas. Police didn’t reveal the circumstances of the shooting, but are continuing to investigate. Garza was arrested and charged with manslaughter.
