One Person Killed in Accidental Shooting Involving Alcohol
An accidental shooting left one person dead in a house in Port Clinton, Ohio. Police dispatched to the scene believe that two people were drinking alcohol and playing with guns. Nicholas Nellett, age 21, unintentionally shot the victim after he “dropped the clip in one of the guns with the magazine and thought it was empty.” Nellett was arrested and faces charges of reckless homicide and using a weapon while intoxicated.
