5-year-old Killed After Finding Loaded Gun

In Kansas City, Missouri, police believe that 5-year-old Mari Scott found a loaded gun and fatally shot himself. No details have been reported about how Mari got ahold of the gun, as police continue to investigate.

His mother said Mari had finished Kindergarten Round Up the day before the shooting. “The baby didn’t even have a chance to grow and so I know that mother must be going out of her mind,” said a neighbor.
