In Cumming, Georgia, a teenager was arrested on multiple charges after he shot another boy in the chest while they were playing with a loaded gun.  The boys were home alone at the time of the incident and police believe that drugs and alcohol may have been involved.

According to police, the boys found the handgun, which belonged to a parent, and were loading and unloading the gun when one of them fired it.  He was charged with aggravated battery and possession of a firearm as a minor.  The injured boy has serious, but not life-threatening injuries.
