A Toledo, Ohio man was charged with child endangerment and tampering with evidence after a toddler found a loaded gun in the man’s pocket and used it to shoot himself in the chest.  The man was lying down in bed when the incident occurred. The toddler is in critical condition at the hospital.

In Miami, Florida, a woman shot herself when she went to reach for a bag on floor of the car in which she was a passenger.  A gun inside the bag discharged.  The woman’s boyfriend drove her to the hospital, where she is in critical condition.
