In Columbia, South Carolina, a 13-year old and his friend were handling a loaded gun when it went off.  The 13-year old was struck and killed.

“Where did they get the gun? That’s my biggest question as a parent. Where did they get the gun from? Why were they playing with it? Why was it loaded?,” said a neighbor.
