Two teenagers were accidentally shot in gun accidents on Halloween.  One has died and the other is hospitalized.

A Denver, Colorado teenager is in custody after another juvenile was shot and killed in a gun accident at a local home.  A 17-year old is in custody and is being investigated for manslaughter.  The police have not released the name of either child and have not described the circumstances that allowed them to conclude that the shooting was accidental.

 In Bartlesville, Oklahoma, 21-year old Anthony Jon Wolf-Darby was arrested and charged with reckless handling of a firearm after he shot a 17-year old at a Halloween bonfire.  The younger boy was taken to a Tulsa hospital for emergency surgery.  Again, the circumstances of the accident have not been released.
