In Clarksville, Tennessee, a two-year old child was killed in a home where there were three children under the age of four. One of the toddlers found an unsecured gun and shot the two-year old.  He died at the hospital.

Julian Chester, the child’s mother’s boyfriend, was arrested on unrelated charges.
