Two People Accidentally Shoot Themselves

In Long Beach, California, a man injured himself after he “negligently discharged a firearm.” He was taken to the hospital with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his lower body. Police recovered the gun, and continue to investigate.

And in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a person was taken to the hospital in stable condition with a likely accidental, self-inflicted gunshot wound. No other circumstances were reported.
