Jose Ortega, a 19-year old in San Antonio, Texas, died after being shot in the head in a gun accident today.  In the same incident, an 18-year old woman was struck in the leg.  She is expected to survive.

A 16-year old girl was playing with a gun that belonged to a family member when it fired. Police continue to investigate.
