In Jackson, Mississippi, a 15 year-old girl was accidentally shot in the neck when she found a gun under a couch.  She remains in the hospital in critical condition.

According to a witness, when the girl found the gun, a 14-year old boy attempted to take it away from her and the gun went off.  A witness also said that the teens were drinking at the time of the incident.
