In Albany, New York, a ten-year old girl is recovering after being accidentally shot in the back by her father inside the family’s home. Police say 54-year-old Gregorie Smith shot his daughter in the back with a 9mm handgun.  He has been charged with 2nd degree criminal possession of a weapon and 2nd degree assault.
