In Lincoln, Nebraska, a thirty-year old man was treated at the hospital after suffering a wound while target shooting with a 9-mm handgun.  According to authorities, a bullet ricocheted after hitting a steel target and a fragment of the round hit the man in the leg.  No charges will be filed.
