Toddler Fatally Shoots Himself After Finding Gun In Couch

In a home in Highland, California, a two-year-old boy found a gun wedged between two couch seat cushions, and fatally shot himself. His mother, 20-year-old Jamaria Cobb, and her 52-year-old boyfriend Armand Bright, were at home when the shooting took place. A second child was also there and was taken into the custody of Child and Family Services. Cobb and Bright were arrested and charged with child abuse causing great bodily injury or death. Officials continue to investigate.
