Man Grazed By Bullet From Next-door Neighbor

In an Arlington, Texas apartment, a man was not seriously injured after his leg was grazed by a bullet that came through the wall from a neighboring apartment. Police found multiple people inside the neighbor’s unit, and determined that 30-year-old David Hernandez Martinez was responsible for the shooting. He was arrested and charged with deadly conduct.
