Three People Injured in Gun Accidents, Two as Innocent Bystanders

In Garden City, Georgia, a man accidentally shot himself in a Food Lion grocery store. Police are investigating the incident and he is expected to recover.

A 58-year-old, Triangle, Virginia woman was seriously injured when a shooter, in a black sedan with Maryland license plates, pulled into her cul-de-sac and according to police, fired as many as 30 shots. Multiple homes and vehicles were damaged by the gunfire. The woman was in a home when she was shot and flown to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The motive for the shooting is under investigation.

And another shooting, this time in, Kalamazoo, Michigan, injured a 70-year-old man and damaged multiple homes and cars. The man was inside his home when he was unintentionally shot and was alert and conscious when police arrived. The suspects used multiple guns and were on foot when, according to a witness, they fired off at least 30 shots. No other information is available at this time.
