Revolver Fired While Demonstrating How to Disengage the Hammer

 

Stanley James Baker, 23, of Wildwood, Florida accidentally discharged his revolver while showing another man how to disengage the hammer of his .357-caliber revolver. The other man was struck in the leg.

Baker said he was “scared,” so he hid the gun in a bag and threw it into the woods.  Baker was arrested on charges of firing a weapon on residential property, attempting to conceal evidence and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
