Man Accidentally Shot and Killed While Moving a Shotgun To Make Room Inside His Vehicle

In Bullhead City, Arizona, a 56-year old man who was moving his shotgun in order to make room for a passenger in his vehicle, accidentally fired the gun into his abdomen and killed himself. Another person was also shot and suffered minor injuries. Police have characterized the incident as an accidental shooting.

Zyquez Wilson of Bishopsville, South Carolina, age 18, was killed when he and four other teens were manipulating a gun. The gun was mishandled and Wilson was struck and killed. Police are uncertain who pulled the was holding the gun when it fired. The report also does not make clear where the teenagers got the gun.

A detention officer was struck and taken to the hospital in connection with a gun accident during a training exercise at the local gun range in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Information about her condition has not been released.
