Once again, when a group of teenagers were handling a gun on the street, one of them died. Lubbock, Texas police say that 15-year old Noah Rodriguez and some other children were handling a gun on the street and it fired, hitting Rodriguez. Police have arrested another 15-year-old boy and charged him with criminally negligent homicide.

The report is unclear about where the children got the gun, but it is safe to assume that wherever they found it, the gun was not properly secured.
