Police confirmed today that the shooting death of 23-year-old Damian Gonzalez of Cape Coral, Florida, in a car was not intentional.  According to the report, witness confirmed that the 18-year-old shooter did not know the gun was loaded when he pressed it to Gonzalez’s chest and pulled the trigger. The shooter, Giovanni Castro, was arrested by police and charged with manslaughter.
