THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2021

For the second day in a row, a law enforcement officer was shot in a training accident. A correction officer requalifying on her weapon at a training facility in Cedar Grove, New Jersey was reportedly struck in the buttocks when her weapon misfired. Her name was not released and she is expected to be OK.

Also today, two toddlers were injured in gun accidents. A Weare, New Hampshire four-year old found a loaded gun at home and shot himself in the hand.  And in Tarrant, Alabama, a 24-year old man had placed a loaded gun in his waistband. It fired and struck both the man and his two-year old brother.   All three accident victims are expected to be OK.
