In Union, Missouri, a four-year old founded a loaded gun under the couch where his father was sleeping. The boy shot and killed himself.

 According to the local sheriff, the boy’s father, Scott E. Hilton, Jr., was restricted from having a gun in the home.  Hilton was arrested and charged with second degree murder during perpetration of a felony.

“You know it’s really heart wrenching,” a neighbor said.
