A 12-year old innocent bystander was shot and killed in Leavenworth, Kansas today. One adult and two juveniles have been arrested in connection with the incident.  The adult, Darvon Thomas, age 25, is charged with felony murder.

Police reported that gunshots also struck a vehicle occupied by a 30-year-old woman and a 6-month-old child.
