Kevin Niyibizi, an Antioch, Tennessee 16-year old was accidentally shot and killed by a 17-year old friend, Eric Ishimwe.  Niyibizi had brought a gun to his friend’s home that the two were playing with.

Ishimwe told police that “he and Niyibizi were both handling and playing with a gun that Niyibizi brought into the home when he pulled the trigger with the pistol pointed at Niyibizi.” Ishimwe was booked into juvenile detention and charged with criminal homicide.
