In Denver, Colorado, a four-year old girl sitting in a parked car was critically injured when a nearby dispute about a car improperly parked in a handicapped space resulted in gunfire.  According to police, the girl “was caught in the crossfire when the suspect left a business and started shooting at another man taking pictures of the suspect’s car in a handicapped parking spot.”  The four-year old, an innocent bystander, was entirely unconnected to either the suspect or his intended target.

The person taking the pictures of the car was also shot and wounded.
