Diana Davis of Chester, Pennsylvania was driving home from work when she was killed by a stray bullet fired along her route.  Video shows her car then slowly crashing into a utility pole.

No arrests have yet been made.  “Turn yourself in man. Turn your damn dumb self in. It doesn’t make no sense. That’s somebody’s mother, man. Somebody’s grandmother. Turn yourself in!” a witness said.
