In Montgomery, Michigan, a group of curious toddlers found a loaded gun while their parents were in the kitchen making dinner.  One of the kids used the gun to shoot another child, age three, in the neck and face.  The three-year old was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.

The Michigan State Police reminded gun owners “to properly secure weapons and ammunition in a safe place away from young children. Trigger locks and locking cabinets or gun safes are highly recommended.
