A six-year old boy was shot by a sibling while sitting in the parking lot of a Family Dollar Store in Dutchtown, Louisiana.  He is in critical condition after being taken by MedEvac helicopter to a nearby hospital .  No information is available other than that the siblings were sitting together in a car.  Presumably, the children found a loaded and unlocked gun.
