To pick up where we left off yesterday, in New York City today, 7-year old Kayley Santiago was struck in the thigh by stray gunfire while walking in the street with family members.  16-year old Isaiah Vazquez was firing at a rival and Kayley was an unintended victim. 

Vazquez was charged with attempted murder, assault and a weapons violation.
