A twenty-year old Pontiac, Michigan man was arrested after accidentally shooting his 13-year old cousin in the neck.  The bullet lodged in the boy’s chest, though he was stable and expected to recover. 

Deputies said the 20-year-old had been playing with a .380-caliber pistol when it discharged.
