Innocent Bystander Killed in Car

In Chesterfield County, South Carolina, a passenger inside a car, Martin Karl Rieff Jr., was killed after Damion Crowley fired his gun at the car. Crowley was in dispute with two other people who were his intended targets and has been charged with murder.
