In Baton Rouge, Louisiana, two friends had returned home from a visit to the shooting range when 19-year old Brandon Spratley accidentally shot 20-year old Jermaine Sampson.  Spratley was attempting to unload his handgun when the accident occurred.  Sampson died at the hospital.
