Three-year-old Clarence Byrd, IV shot and killed himself after he found a loaded handgun inside a home in Pink Hill, North Carolina. No charges have been filed yet but there is an ongoing investigation.

After he found a loaded gun left on a table in Eldon, Missouri, a boy fatally shot himself in the head. Albert Keel, 27, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
