In Pawtucket, Rhode Island, a teenager was shot in the leg by an unknown person. She was apparently an innocent bystander to other people’s gun violence.  She is at least the fourth child shot this week in an incident involving violence committed by others.  None of the reports state that an arrest has been made in any of these shootings.
