64-year-old Innocent Bystander Shot

On a Manhattan, New York street, 64-year-old Francisca Nunez was shot in the left leg by a stray bullet, when a dispute between dozens of teens escalated. Nunez said she felt the heat on her leg and knew immediately she had been shot. She is in the hospital waiting to hear if doctors will remove the bullet lodged inside her upper quad. So far no one has been charged.
