Man Shot and Killed

In an apartment in Dover, Delaware, a 59-year-old man was fatally shot by 48-year-old Kenneth Collins who mishandled a gun. The victim died from his wounds at the hospital. Officers recovered a 9mm handgun and a .380 gun from the apartment, and charged Collins with negligent homicide, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm/ammunition by a person prohibited.
