20-year-old Woman Accidentally Shot and Killed

In a Magnolia, Delaware home, a 20-year-old woman was accidentally shot and killed by 23-year-old Chase Washington, who recklessly handled a handgun that discharged, striking the victim. She was pronounced dead at the hospital. Washington was charged with manslaughter recklessly cause the death of another person and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
