Two-year-old Fatally Shoots Himself With Unsecured Gun

In a residence in Chicago, Illinois, two-year-old Kh’aden Johnson, found a loaded gun and fatally shot himself in the face. He was pronounced dead at the hospital. A person of interest in the shooting was taken in, but later released without being charged.
