Three Gun Accidents Today

In Louisville, Kentucky, a ten-year-old girl was taken to the hospital with a graze wound “from what appears to be an accidental discharge from a gun,” according to police. Little information about the incident was reported.

In Wichita, Kansas, a man was injured when his gun accidentally discharged while wrestling with a teenager. No one was charged; police are investigating the shooting.

And in his home in Los Angeles, California, an off-duty police officer was removing a personal firearm from his waistband when it unintentionally fired. He was treated at a local hospital, and released.
