Police Officer Injured by Stray Bullet

In Portland, Oregon, a stray bullet from the gunfire exchanged between people in moving vehicles, struck a police officer in the heel of his boot causing minor injury. He was taken to the hospital for treatment. No one has been arrested, but there is an ongoing investigation.
