Woman Accidentally Shot and Killed By Friend’s Husband

A woman in Memphis, Tennessee, was killed after being accidentally shot by her friend’s husband, Adrian Luna-Martinez, age 29. Luna-Martinez told police he was “playing” with his gun and didn’t think it was loaded when he pointed it at the woman. His wife heard the gunshot and then saw her friend bleeding from the neck. The victim was taken to the hospital and later died there. Luna-Martinez has been charged with reckless homicide.
