Innocent Bystander Shot in Back 

A 24-year-old man was caught in the crossfire of a shootout between two teenagers outside his home in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. He was struck in the back by a stray bullet, but is expected to survive. Police discovered one suspect, 18-year-old Jamiere Williams on the porch of a nearby home with a gunshot wound to his neck. Surveillance video footage captured the incident and showed Williams and another teen shooting at each other before fleeing the scene. Investigators searched William’s home and found blood soaked clothes, several guns, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. This is an ongoing investigation and charges are pending.
