Gun Accidents Injure Three People
In Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania, a man accidentally shot himself in the leg while he was disassembling his handgun. His injuries are not life-threatening. During the investigation, police discovered that the man’s firearm was a “ghost gun.” No charges have been filed at this time.
While handling a pistol in Libby, Montana, a man unintentionally shot himself in the lower leg. Police applied a tourniquet, and he was taken to the hospital for treatment.
And at a shooting range in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, a college student was injured when a shotgun accidentally discharged. The student was airlifted to the hospital for treatment. The incident is being investigated.
