Boy Injured by Stray Bullet; Man Injured After Unintentionally Shooting Himself

An 11-year-old boy was inside a residence in Chicago, Illinois, when he was struck in the leg by a stray bullet. The bullet came from a shooting on the next block that critically wounded a 24-year-old man. The boy was taken to the hospital in good condition, and so far no one has been charged in the shooting.

And a man in Chillicothe, Missouri called police after accidentally shooting himself in the leg. Police retrieved the gun and are continuing to investigate.
