13-year-old Unintentionally Shot and Killed by 16-year-old Friend

A 13-year-old girl was unintentionally shot and killed by her 16-year-old friend in Perry, Georgia. The children were playing with a gun that the police believe the boy brought with him to the house. The girl’s mother was at home at the time of the shooting. Few details about the incident have been reported, but the 16-year-old has been charged with involuntary manslaughter.
