Hunter Struck in Face by Stray Bullet
A 70-year-old hunter was accidentally shot at a Walk-in Hunting Program area in Catherine, Kansas. A witness who was hunting with the victim said that someone repeatedly fired their rifle at a deer decoy that had been set up in a pasture. One of the bullets struck the victim in the face, sending them to the hospital with a non-life-threatening injury. A man has been charged with aggravated battery with a weapon and numerous hunting-related violations.
